BTILLC joined forces with Blue Ridge Design Studio and Eugene Stoltzfus Architects, by brining its urban planning expertise with their urban design and architectural expertise to address numerous growing needs of communities and developers struggling with good urban values, planning and design. This urban design and planning collaborative designs and builds tools to help communities and developers realize good urban values and design. They work with these groups to plan good urban space in their downtown revitalization efforts and design structures to appropriately address those plans.
